Terms & Conditions

Booking is made on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is due at the time of registration. If payment is not received within 48 hrs, the slot might be be given to another student. Registration is only confirmed once payment is received.

Payment can be made by bank transfer. We bank with Butterfield.

Payments are non-refundable. We do not offer make-up sessions for group classes.

Important – Department of Education Compliance Requirement

As part of our registration process and in accordance with requirements set by the Cayman Islands Department of Education, families are required to complete the Parent/Guardian Consent & Medical Authorization Form for each child enrolled.

The form must be fully completed and submitted at least 3 business days before your child’s first scheduled session.

For the best experience, we recommend completing the form on a computer or tablet, as viewing and signing on a mobile phone may make it difficult to see the full document clearly.

Please note that tutoring sessions will only begin once:

Full payment has been received, and
All required consent and medical forms have been completed.
